Refund and Return Policy

At Esme your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Once we receive and inspect the item your refund will be processed through your original payment method. Please note that used or opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
